dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the role of social support on happiness at work in teachers. The study used a quantitative design with a simple linear regression approach to analyze the data. The research subjects consisted of 36 teachers who had worked for at least one year. Data were collected using social support and workplace happiness scales, which have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the analysis showed that social support plays a positive and significant role in teachers' workplace happiness. Based on the results of statistical analysis of data, obtained sig. < .001 with a contribution of 31.6%. A total of 67% of teachers have a high level of social support, and 86% are in the high workplace happiness category. The findings underscore the importance of social support in improving teachers' psychological well-being and productivity. Practical implications of this study include developing a supportive work environment and policies that prioritize teachers' workplace happiness.en_US
