Pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Financial Leverage, dan Firm Size Terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate dengan Profitability Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi pada Perusahaan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2021-2023)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Intellectual Capital, Financial Leverage, and Firm Size on the Sustainable Growth Rate, with Profitability as a moderating variable, in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. This study utilizes secondary data obtained from the financial and annual reports of selected companies. The sample consists of 20 property and real estate companies. Data analysis in this study using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and is processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital, financial leverage, and firm size have a significant effect on the sustainable growth rate. However, Profitability does not moderate the relationship between intellectual capital, financial leverage, or firm size and the sustainable growth rate.
