Perancangan Gedung Kantor Pt. Jaminan Kredit Indonesia Cabang Medan (Pendekatan Arsitektur Modern)

Abstract

PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) Medan Branch was established in 2005. Currently, PT Jamkrindo is focused on expanding to various other cities in Indonesia. This expansion begins with the establishment of new branches in cities identified as having significant potential. Medan is one of the locations where PT Jamkrindo is actively building a new branch.. PT Jamkrindo plays a strategic role as a provider of credit guarantee services, contributing to national economic development. The design of this new branch aims to deliver a representative and functional office facility, tailored to the company's operational needs in providing credit guarantee services. PT. Jamkrindo Medan Branch was established in 2005 and has continuously strived to expand its business reach to various cities across Indonesia. One of the strategic steps taken is the renovation of the branch office located at Jl. Sei Serayu No. 40, Babura Sunggal Village, Medan Sunggal District. This renovation aims to enhance operational capacity, create a more secure archive space, strengthen the company's image, and improve office infrastructure comfort and efficiency. The building is designed with a modern concept to enhance work efficiency, employee comfort, and spatial flexibility. The design approach incorporates the use of co-working spaces and open-plan layouts, aimed at fostering a comfortable, collaborative, and productive work environment.
