This study aims to analyze the effect of humble leadership on the performance of strawberry generation employees. The strawberry generation is known to have characteristics of giving up easily and being vulnerable to pressure, which can affect their performance in the work environment. Humble leadership, which emphasizes transparency, appreciation of subordinates' excellence, and willingness to learn, is hypothesized to have a positive effect on their performance. The research method used was quantitative correlation with purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 126 employees aged 18-24 years who had worked for at least 6 months. Measurements were made using the Expressed Humility Scale (Owens dkk., 2013) and the Job Performance Scale (Goodman & Svyantek, 1999). Data analysis was performed with simple linear regression using JASP. The results showed that humble leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of strawberry generation employees (R = 0.736, R² = 0.542, p < 0.001). The higher the humble leadership applied by the leader, the higher the employee performance. The findings confirm that a humble leadership style can be an effective strategy in improving the performance of strawberry generation employees. Companies are advised to develop humble leadership-based leadership programs to increase employee productivity.
