Teacher Communication Patterns in Forming Student Behavior at Madrasah Tsabawiyah Al-Jihad Medan
Abstract
This study is entitled "Teacher Communication Patterns in Forming Student Behavior at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Jihad Medan". This study aims to determine the communication patterns applied by teachers in forming student behavior, the learning process at school, Theories used in student behavior, communication patterns, interpersonal communication, This type of research is descriptive qualitative. and factors that form student behavior at mts.al-jihad medan school. The informants in this study took nine informants, namely three student informants, three teacher informants and, two additional parent informants and triangulation data informants of the vice principal, Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is qualitative by describing the results of the study, which involves observation and observation, in-depth interviews and documentation with teachers and students in one of the junior high schools. The results of the study indicate that effective communication patterns, such as one-way communication and two-way communication, interpersonal communication and the use of easy-to-understand language, and other communication pattern approaches, play an important role in forming positive student behavior. In addition, this study found that consistent and constructive interactions between teachers and students can increase student learning motivation and discipline. This research is expected to contribute to the development of better communication patterns in educational environment.
