The Air Traffic Controller (ATC) profession is highly stressful due to its complex workload and the intense concentration required. One factor that may influence job stress is work-family conflict, which arises from the imbalance between work and family demands. This study aims to examine the effect of work-family conflict on job stress among ATC officers at Kualanamu International Airport. This study employs a quantitative causal research approach. The sample consists of 65 ATC officers at Kualanamu International Airport, selected using total sampling. Data were collected using the Work-Family Conflict Scale and The Job Stress Scale and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate a significant positive effect of work-family conflict on job stress (p = 0.026; R² = 0.076), meaning that higher work-family conflict is associated with higher job stress. Although the effect size is relatively small, work-family conflict remains an important factor in managing the well-being of ATC personnel.
