Hubungan Academic Stress dengan Cyberloafing pada Mahasiswa
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara academic stress dengan cyberloafing pada mahasiswa. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara academic stress dengan cyberloafing pada mahasiswa. Ketika academic stress muncul, maka cyberloafing akan muncul pula. Mahasiswa yang mengalami academic stress akan melakukan cyberloafing untuk mengatasi rasa bosan atau ketidaknyamanannya pada saat proses pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 berjumlah 602 orang. Hasil analisa data diperoleh korelasi academic stress dengan cyberloafing sebesar 0.147 yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara academic stress dengan cyberloafing pada mahasiswa. This study aims to examine the relationship between academic stress and cyberloafing in students. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between academic stress and cyberloafing in college students. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between academic stress and cyberloafing. When stress academics arise, cyberloafing will arise too. Students who experience stress academic will do cyberloafing to overcome their boredom or discomfort during the learning process. The subjects of this study were 602 undergraduate students. From the results of data analysis obtained, cyberloafing and academic stress corelation is 0.147 which means that there is a positive relationship between academic stress and cyberloafing in college students.
