dc.description.abstract | In today's workplace, the phenomenon of the strawberry generation, characterized by a tendency to give up easily and lack resilience in facing pressure, has become a serious concern as it can significantly affect organizational productivity. Although the number of strawberry generation employees continues to increase consistently from year to year, many still experience difficulties in maintaining their optimal performance in the long term. One important factor affecting performance is the meaning of work that each individual has in their job. This research aims to analyze the relationship between work meaning and performance among strawberry generation employees. This study used a quantitative method involving 108 strawberry generation employees as respondents from various industrial sectors. The measurement tools used in this research were the Work and Meaning Inventory (WAMI) to measure work meaning and the Job Performance Scale to measure performance. The results of the analysis using a simple linear regression test showed a regression coefficient of 0.619 (p < 0.001), indicating a significant positive influence between work meaning and the performance of strawberry generation employees | en_US |
