Job satisfaction is the positive feeling that an individual experiences towards their work. Teacher efficacy refers to a teacher's belief in their ability to influence students' learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in teacher efficacy among teachers at SLB-E Negeri Pembina, Medan City. The research uses a quantitative method involving the entire population of teachers at SLB-E Pembina, Medan, which consists of 73 teacher subjects. Data collection employed a Likert scale developed by the researcher based on Spector’s (2022) job satisfaction theory with 36 items, while the teacher efficacy scale was adapted from Natasya (2023) study. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis with the aid of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 30. The results revealed that all subjects exhibited a high level of teacher efficacy, while regarding job satisfaction, 72 subjects (99%) were in the high category and 1 subject (1%) was in the moderate category. Based on the research results, the significance value obtained was 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05. These findings indicate that job satisfaction plays a significant role in teacher efficacy at SLB-E Negeri Pembina, Medan City
