The performance of employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Iskandar Muda branch office, has not achieved optimal results in recent years. This can be seenfrom several employees who have not been able to meet the targets set by the company. To improve employee performance, it is crucial to foster Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) within the company through job satisfaction and strong organizational commitment. This way, the company can create more productive employees who are ready to face challenges amidst intense competition in the banking industry. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance through Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) as an intervening variable at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Iskandar Muda branch. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with a population of 120 employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Iskandar Muda branch, and a sample of 92 respondents selected using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant direct effect on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Furthermore job satisfaction ,organizational commitmentand Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a positive and significant impact onemployee performance. Indirectly Organizational Citizenship Behavior can positively and significantly mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Iskandar Muda branch. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a significant intervening variable in this study.
