This study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity and dietary patterns on blood pressure in the working area of Bandar Khalifah Public Health Center, Deli Serdang. The research design used was an analytical correlation study with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, involving 89 respondents. The instruments used in this study were the IPAQ and FFQ questionnaires, as well as a sphygmomanometer. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate analysis with Spearman’s Rho test. The results showed that the majority of respondents (54 respondents or 60.7%) had low physical activity, and the most common dietary pattern was categorized as poor (57 respondents or 64.0%). The highest proportion of respondents fell into the grade 1 hypertension category (39 respondents or 43.8%).
