Analisis Manajemen Risiko pada Proyek Pembangunan Overpass Jl.Stasiun (Tahun Jamak) dengan Metode Bow Tie Analysis
Risk Management Analysis on Overpass Construction Project Jl. Stasiun (Multi-Year) With Bow Tie Analysis Method
Abstract
Traffic made on Jalan Stasiun, Medan City, prompted the construction of an overpass as a solution. This construction project faces various risks that can affect time, cost and quality. This research aims to recognize potential risks, identify causes and impacts, and analyze significant risks using the Bow Tie Analysis method to manage project risks. This research uses the Bow Tie Analysis method to visualize the risk path from cause to impact. The main focus is on identifying hazards, threats, consequences, as well as controls that prevent and restore the impact of risks. The aim is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between risks and their causes and impacts for more effective risk management. After the risk analysis, it was concluded that there were 42 risk variables in the Medan City Station Road Overpass Construction project. The three dominant risks were lack of communication and coordination (R1), low awareness of OHS (R20), and project delay (R33). Three bow tie diagrams were created to identify the causes, impacts, and controls of these risks. Research suggestions include improving OHS communication and compliance through regular meetings and periodic OHS training. Time management needs to be structured in more detail with a project application for monitoring. Also, continuous monitoring and evaluation of risks is needed to ensure the effectiveness of controls and make adjustments if necessary.
