dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of the school climate on students' compliance with school regulations at SMA Boarding School Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach involving the entire population of students at SMA Boarding School Medan, totaling 220 students. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale with four response options. The school climate measurement instrument was developed based on Gage and Larson's theory, consisting of 13 items, while the instrument for measuring compliance with school regulations was developed based on Blass's theory, consisting of 11 items. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 30. The analysis results showed that the school climate has a significant influence on students' compliance with school regulations, F(1,218) = 11.32, p =.001, R² =.049. The p-value of less than .05 indicates that the school climate is a contributing factor to students' compliance with school regulations. The regression results also show that the more positive the school climate, the higher the students' level of compliance with school regulations.en_US
