Analisis Faktor-Faktor Penghambat yang Berpengaruh terhadap Waktu Proyek

Abstract

In the development of construction projects at the implementation stage, it is influenced by several factors that can hinder the performance of project time. Therefore, the delay problems contained in the project must be known in order to support the success of a project. In this study intends to determine the factors that affect the performance of project time on the wiego houseware development project. As for some of the methods used, namely questionnaires to the workers of the wiego houseware construction project development, descriptive testing, validity, reliability and multiple linear regression testing. The results obtained are that there are 6 inhibiting factors that occur in the implementation of the construction of the wiego houseware project, namely: planning and design factors, site characteristics factors, labor factors, material factors (materials), equipment factors, and financing factors. In the results of the factors that have the most influence on delays according to the respondents, namely the labor factor (X3) with β of 0.585. in this project, ways can be taken to overcome labor factors, namely: maintaining communication for project workers, paying wages not on time and in accordance with the agreement that has been made.
