Pengaruh Locus of Control dan Self Efficacy terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mitra Driver Gojek di Kecamatan Medan Baru

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Locus of Control and Self Efficacy on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Gojek driver partners operating in Medan Baru District. The population in this study is Gojek driver partners operating in Medan Baru District whose number is unknown so that in this study the number of samples was obtained using the Cochran formula with the results of 96 Gojek driver partners operating in Medan Baru District. The sampling used in this study is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data of this research was obtained from interviews with Gojek drivers and distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that simultaneously Locus of Control and Self Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Gojek driver partners operating in Medan Baru District. The results of the partial test showed that Locus of Control and Self Efficacy each had a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Gojek driver partners operating in Medan Baru District.
