Green Open Space (GOS) is an important component of urban planning because it serves as the city's lungs, a source of recreation, and an educational resource for the community. The purpose of this study is to examine the management zoning of GOS Taman Cadika Medan as an educational tourism destination in order to develop a more appropriate development plan. The study used a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, direct observation, documentation, and surveys. The zoning of the area was evaluated based on the educational potential of the environment, which can be presented through educational content themes and visitor activities. The study's findings revealed that effective zoning includes environmental buffer areas, play and sports zones, and natural play zones with activities like bird watching, forest trail exploration, and sky observation. Supporting facilities, such as interpretation boards and public sports equipment, are also designed to improve the quality of education and visitor tourism. Taman Cadika's development planning recommendations focus on the integration of educational activities appropriate for each zone, in order to support long-term learning and environmental understanding.en_US
