    Abstract
Workload is one of the factors that influence the high rate of nurse turnover (turnover intention). This heavy workload has a significant impact on the productivity of health workers, especially nurses, so that the fulfillment of nursing care is not maximized. The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between workload and turnover intention in nurses at Bunda Thamrin Hospital. Researchers used a quantitative research design with a cross sectional approach. Quantitative research with a cross sectional approach is an observation made at the time. The method used is total sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The results of this study indicate that the significant p-value is 0.664>0.05, which means that there is no significant relationship between workload and turnover intention in nurses working at Bunda Thamrin Hospital. When viewed from the results of the correlation coefficient shows that the level of relationship between workload and Turnover Intention is 0.047 (0.00-0.25) which indicates a very weak relationship. The results of this study indicate that although workload is important, there are many other aspects that must be considered to effectively reduce turnover intention. It is expected that the workload of nurses can be considered by each hospital agency and pay attention to other factors that can affect Turnover Intention of nurses.
