Integrated Terminal Wayame (IT Wayame) is one of the Fuel Oil Terminal whose operational area covered Maluku and Papua area. As a means of receiving and distributing fuel and LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), there are 4 (four) jetties at IT Wayame. For now, Jetty 4 can only distribute LPG product with Berth
Occupancy Ratio (BOR) at 0.55%, which results in queues at Jetty 1 (82.98%), Jetty 2 (84.84%), and Jetty 3 (76.16%). The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of IT Wayame’s Jetty BOR, so that we can obtain performance optimization of Jetty. Increasing Jetty performance will impact on reducing ship
queues at IT Wayame Jetty and energy usage patterns. The method used in this research is to analyze jetty performance which is shown in BOR and energy consumption analysis which is shown in the Energy Consumption Intensity (ECI). From the results of the research carried out, process optimization was obtained by
adding the jetty 4 distribution route so that it could be used for loading Biosolar fuel products, resulting in BOR percentage of IT Wayame Jetty after optimization being 66.86% for Jetty 1, 85.44% for Jetty 2, and 63.91% for Jetty 3, and 35.35% for Jetty 4, with an Energy Consumption Intensity (ECI) of 0.00081 GJ/KL. Suggestions for further research are analysis of additional types of products that can be distributed through Jetty 4 therefore it is hoped that the performance of IT Wayame Jetty can
be further improved.
