Analisis Komparasi Usahatani Jagung Hibrida Dan Non Hibrida (Kasus : Desa Sirube-rube Gunung Purba Kecamatan Dolok Pardamean Kabupaten Simalungun)

Abstract

Location determination is carried out purposively. This research was conducted in Desa Sirube-rube Gunung Purba, Kecamatan Dolok Pardamean, Kabupaten Simalungun. The number of sample farmers in this study were 30 hybrid corn farmers and 30 non-hybrid corn farmers. The aim of the research is to analyze the comparison of production costs, revenue, income and feasibility of farming hybrid corn and non-hybrid corn in Desa Sirube-rube Gunung Purba. The data analysis method used are farming analysis, the average difference test (Independent Sample T-test) and descriptive analysis. The research results show that there is a difference between the production costs of hybrid corn and non-hybrid corn; there are big differences in the acceptance of hybrid corn and non-hybrid corn; there are big differences in the income of hybrid corn and non-hybrid corn and there are big diffrences in the feasibility of farming hybrid corn and non-hybrid corn.
