Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price, Service Quality and Trust on Customer Satisfaction on management students of Labuhan Batu Rantau Prapat University. This research is an associative research and the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were management students at the Labuhan Batu Rantau Perapat University. The number of samples in this study was 81 people with the sampling technique in this study was incidental sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of price, service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partially price, service quality and trust have a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
