With the development of Medan as a metropolitan city, the demand for the economic sector to grow increases, which corresponds directly to the need for job opportunities and work quality. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) in North Sumatra shows a positive trend every year. This data indicates the need for companies to prepare spaces to accommodate the growing number of workers each year, particularly in North Sumatra, in the form of rental offices. In addition to the need for companies to provide offices for their employees, there is also a demand for spaces that facilitate the public, especially in working and developing their potential to drive the creative economy sector. This presents a business opportunity to provide rental office buildings. The facilities of rental offices must also consider the health and comfort of users and have a positive impact on the environment through a green architectural approach, utilizing methods such as observation, comparative studies of similar functions, and literature reviews on related themes.en_US
