Analisis Beban Kerja Fisik Dengan Metode Cardiovascular Load pada Pekerja CV. Kubah Milari Jaya
Physical Workload Analysis Using Cardiovascular Load Method on CV. Kubah Milari Jaya Workers
Abstract
This study analyzes the physical workload of workers at CV. Kubah Milari Jaya using the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method. The research focuses on two main stations, namely the Framing Station and the Panel Production Station, which have the highest levels of physical activity. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and heart rate measurements using a smartwatch. The results indicate that most workers at the Panel Production Station experience a moderate workload, with CVL values exceeding 30%, requiring improvement. High workloads are caused by inefficient manual tools and non-ergonomic working postures. Energy consumption analysis shows that the average worker falls into the normal category, although some require additional rest time. Recommendations include worker rotation based on age, adjustments to work and rest schedules, and improving ergonomic tools. These implementations are expected to enhance productivity and workers' health.
