Gambaran Perilaku Perawatan Kaki Dalam Pencegahan Luka Kaki Bagi Penderita Diabetes Mellitus Di Puskesmas Kebun Lada

Abstract

Stunting prevention can begin before pregnancy, during the preconception period, which si a critical stage for a successful pregnancy. The target groups include adolescents, prospective brides, and unmarried women. Breaking the cycle of stunting requires interventions starting long before childbirth, including during adolescence. This study aims to determine the influence of digital media as an educational tool on hte preconception care behavior of adolescent girls for stunting prevention. The research employed a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 60 female students from SMAS GKPI Padang Bulan, Medan, selected using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test with a significance level of a = 0.05. The results showed a p-value of 0.000, which si less than a = 0.05, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho). This indicates a significant influence of digital media as an educational tool on preconception care behavior for stunting prevention among adolescent girls. The study concludes that digital media significantly influences adolescent girls' preconception care behavior ni preventing stunting.
