This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions among millennial graduates from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitity Of North Sumatra (FEB USU). This research employs a quantitative method using questionnaires as the data collection instrument. The analysis results indicate that financial literacy has a positive effect on investment decisions, as evidenced by the t-value (2.467) exceeding the t-table value (2.030). However, the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions is relatively weak, with a determination coefficient of 14.8% and a correlation coefficient of 0.385. The simple regression equation shows that each one-unit increase in financial literacy will improve investment decisions by 1.450. In conclusion, although financial literacy positively influences investment decisions, its impact is relatively small. Further research is needed to explore other variables to provide a more comprehensive understanding of investment decision-making.
