| dc.description.abstract | Immunization plays a vital role in preventing infectious diseases that can be potentially
fatal in the early stages of life. Complete basic immunization is a series of vaccinations
given to infants to protect them from certain diseases. Londut Health Center is a health
center located in Kualuh Hulu District, precisely in North Labuhan Batu Regency located
in North Sumatra Province, this Regency consists of 8 Districts, 75 Villages, and 8 Subdistricts. Based on data from the North Labuhan Batu Health Office, it is known that
Londut Health Center is one of the health centers with a low complete basic
immunization coverage rate at 87%. The general objective of this study was to determine
the factors related to the provision of complete basic immunization to toddlers at the
Londut Health Center. The type of research used in this study is quantitative, with a
cross-sectional study approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had
babies aged 9-18 months at the Londut Health Center, with a sample size of 60 mothers.
The results of the study showed the variables of attitude (p value = 0.653), Belief (p value
= 0.169), Access to health facilities (p value = 0.041), and Family support (p value =
0.281). The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between attitude,
belief, and family support with the completeness of Complete Basic Immunization, and
there is a relationship between access to health facilities with the completeness of
Complete Basic Immunization. It is hoped that the Village Head will create a Posyandu in
a place with many toddlers so that mothers routinely bring their children to the Posyandu
to carry out Complete Basic Immunization, and the hamlet head will provide a place that
is easily accessible to the community. | en_US |
