dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine employee performance, the physical and non-physical work environment, and the causes of turnover intention at Ayam Pecak XYZ, Gatot Subroto Branch, Medan City. The research involved 11 informants, consisting of one key informant, the founder, and ten supporting informants, who were employees of Ayam Pecak XYZ Medan. The Data Analysis Method in this writing uses a qualitative descriptive method to obtain a picture of various information regarding the actual condition of Ayam Pecak XYZ Medan City, Gatot Subroto Branch. Data collection techniques in this study used Observation Techniques, In-depth Interviews, and Literature Studies as well as using SWOT Analysis. The results of this study illustrate that Employee Performance at Ayam Pecak XYZ Medan City, Gatot Subroto Branch is influenced by various factors, both internal employee factors such as relatively young age, lack of discipline among employees, lack of enthusiasm for work and the desire to leave (turnover intention). External factors include a non-conducive physical work environment and a less supportive non-physical work environment. In addition, inhibiting factors such as interpersonal relationships, conflicts among employees, and poor teamwork were identified. Conversely, supporting factors include management’s concern for employees and indirect compensation, such as providing housing for employees. | en_US |
