dc.description.abstractThis research aims to evaluate the quality of business licensing services for food and beverage enterprises at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) in Medan City. Licensing services are crucial in supporting the growth of the business sector, especially in the rapidly growing food and beverage industry. This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where data is collected through interview to food and beverage entrepreneurs in Medan City. The variables analyzed include reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. The results indicate that the quality of business licensing services at DPMPTSP Medan City is generally good, but there are several aspects that require improvement, particularly in terms of response speed and ease of access to information. Recommendations include increasing training for service personnel, developing a more effective information system, and improving coordination among related agencies.en_US
