The North Sumatra State Museum is one of the cultural tourism destinations with great potential to enhance public awareness of history and culture. However, the number of visitors to this museum remains low compared to other tourist attractions in Medan City. This study aims to analyze the promotional strategies implemented by the North Sumatra State Museum and provide recommendations to increase the number of visitors. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings indicate that museum promotion is still suboptimal due to budget constraints and the lack of digital technology utilization. By improving digital marketing strategies, collaborating with educational institutions, and organizing engaging cultural events, the number of visitors to the museum is expected to increase significantly.en_US
