An art gallery functions as a permanent facility used to display and exhibit works of art, as well as as a means of education and entertainment for the community. In the city of Medan, the development of fine arts is still lagging behind compared to other large cities in
Indonesia, mainly due to the lack of adequate space and facilities for artistic exploration. Therefore, designing a Contemporary Art Gallery with a metaphorical architectural approach is very necessary. This approach not only conveys a particular message or concept clearly, but also creates a unique and interesting visual experience, thereby
increasing the appeal and aesthetic value of the building. The
