One of the efforts made to increase feed digestibility is by adding feed supplements as additional feed. This study aims to determine the effect of different doses of lamtoro leaf flour in multinutrient block urea on sheep digestibility in vitro. This research was carried out from December to January 2024 at the Production Laboratory and Feed Science and Technology Laboratory, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The design used in this research was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replications. Treatments consisted of P0 (Control), P1 (10% lamtoro leaf flour), P2 (20% lamtoro leaf flour), P3 (30% lamtoro leaf flour), P4 (40% lamtoro leaf flour). The parameters observed were dry matter measurement, dry matter digestibility analysis, organic matter digestibility analysis, and pH value measurement. Based on the research results, it shows that the average dry matter digestibility of multinutrient block urea with the addition of lamtoro leaf flour is 48.10% -51.09%. The addition of lamtoro leaf flour to UMB reduced dry matter digestibility by 5.87% to 17.37%. The lowest dry matter digestibility was obtained at P4 (0% urea + 40% lamtoro leaf flour) worth 48.10% and the highest at P0 (8% urea + 0% lamtoro leaf flour) worth 51.09%. These results indicate that the addition of more than 10% lamtoro flour in the multinutrient urea block will reduce dry matter digestibility in vitro.
