Based on the results of the research, it was found that the Implementation
of the Family Hope Program in Medan Denai District did not go well. This is
evidenced by the late distribution of PKH recipients In the aspect of individual
needs, there is inequality in the distribution of PKH recipients This is caused by
recipient data that does not fully match the reality in the field, making it difficult
for the Medan City Social Service to change recipient data because the data is
directly provided by the central government The difficulty of the Medan City
Social Service in dealing with the central government causes PKH recipients to
not be on target In the aspect of organizational structure, For the organizational
culture aspect, the lack of synergy between units in the Medan City Social Service
towards the Medan Denai Sub-district Office hindered the implementation of the
program and the City Social Service did not listen to complaints from the
community and was slow to handle them. The government is still advised to
continue the Family Hope Program because the community is very dependent on
the assistance provided by the government. | en_US |
