This study analyzes how the online media Waspada.co.id frames news coverage of the Blok Medan case using Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki's framing analysis model. This issue has sparked public discussion as it involves several political figures, including regional officials and the family of President Joko Widodo. The study aims to uncover how the media constructs social reality in reporting this case and how framing structur such as syntax, script, thematic, and rhetorical structures shape public opinion. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained from Waspada.co.id news articles published in August 2024 that specifically discuss Blok Medan. The findings reveal that Waspada.co.id tends to frame the issue by emphasizing allegations of political figures involvement and public reactions to the case. The news coverage also shows certain biases by highlighting statements from various sources with differing perspectives on the issue. The study confirms that media does not merely disseminate information but also plays a role in shaping public opinion and constructing social reality through specific framing choices.en_US
