dc.description.abstract | Bioethanol is an alternative fuel that can be obtained from lignocellulosic biomass fermentation with the help of microbes or bacteria. The need for fuel oil in Indonesia is very high so that Indonesia still imports and the availability of petroleum is decreasing. To overcome this, it is necessary to establish a bioethanol factory from sugarcane bagasse waste in Indonesia. The establishment of a bioethanol factory is expected to meet the need for fuel oil in Indonesia.
The Pre-Design of a Bioethanol Factory from Sugarcane Bagasse Waste is planned to operate with a production capacity of 59,000 Tons/Year with 330 working days in a year. The planned form of business entity is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a workforce of 178 people.
The results of the economic aspect analysis obtained are as follows:
• Total Investment Capital = IDR 1,061,014,380,176, -
• Total Production Cost = IDR 823,768,148,879, -
• Sales Results = IDR. 1,133,052,783,104,-
• Net Profit = Rp. 204,646,785.741
• Profit Margin = 25.80%
• Break Event Point = 31.34%
• Return on Investment = 19.28%
• Pay Out Time = 5 years 2 months
• Return on Network = 32.15%
• Internal Rate of Return = 41.84%
Based on the results of the economic aspect analysis, it can be concluded that the "Bioethanol Manufacturing Plant from Sugarcane Bagasse Waste" is feasible to be established. | en_US |
