    Abstract
The advancement of digital technology has transformed transaction patterns in society, including the use of digital payment systems in Medan City. QRIS Dana, as one of the leading digital wallets, offers convenient and efficient transaction services. User trust and behavioral intention are crucial factors influencing the actual use of this service. This phenomenon indicates that users are increasingly influenced by trust and behavioral intention in their decision to use QRIS Dana. This study aims to analyze how trust and behavioral intention influence the actual use of QRIS Dana in Medan City. The impact of these two variables will be analyzed both partially and simultaneously on the actual use of QRIS Dana. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study consists of Medan City residents who use QRIS Dana, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using the non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. Primary data was collected through questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies. The analytical methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and determination tests, processed using statistical analysis software. The results indicate that trust (X1) and behavioral intention (X2) significantly influence actual use (Y) of QRIS Dana, both partially and simultaneously. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the relationship between trust (X1) and behavioral intention (X2) on actual use (Y) has an R-value of 0.861. Through the adjusted R square value, it is found that trust and behavioral intention contribute 73.5% to actual use, while the remaining 26.5% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
