    Abstract
    This research is a study on the Development Planning of Youth Creativity Center in Medan City. As is known, the creative industry is an economic industry sector that has the potential to be developed in the current global era, because it is based on science and creativity which are unlimited resources. This sector is supported by the existence of creative human resources in order to continue to grow. Indonesia has a population dominated by young and productive people. However, Indonesia is still unable to maximize its potential due to the lack of facilities that support young people's creative activities. Therefore, there is a need for a facility that facilitates a creative environment, namely a “Youth Creativity Center”. The existence of street children in Medan City is motivated by poverty, parental encouragement, social environment, low education and wanting to have their own money. From some of these reasons, street children have to work to help the family economy so that street children can buy what they need. The social relationships In connection with this, street children become lazy to communicate, interact with the general public. Street children are also lazy to bathe, do not know the importance of cleanliness so they feel that they are different from other children who are not street children. Therefore, the Youth Creativity Center Planning is intended to be a gathering place for teenagers that has a positive impact as well as an attraction for the community, it can also be used as a Creative Recreation Center for Teenagers in Medan or North Sumatra Province in general, considering that now, many teenagers use their time for negative things or just wasting time for nothing. Purpose and Objectives Adapun tujuan dibangunnya pusat kreatif Remaja yaitu: 1. Planning a Youth and Teen Creativity Center in Medan as a place for activities that can build and develop creativity. experienced by street children are closed because street children think that they are different from other children.
