Abstract

Background: The Role of Special Account Representatives at the Employment Social Security Administration Agency in increasing participation in the digital era. Objective: This study aims to analyze the role of Special Account Representatives at the Social Security Administration Agency in increasing participation in the digital era. Method: This study uses a qualitative approach using interview & observation techniques. Results: The results of the study show that Special Account Representatives at the Employment Social Security Administering Agency have an important role in increasing participation in the digital era, both through socialization & education. Suggestion: Utilize various communication media and digital platforms to reach the wider community, such as social media, websites, and mobile applications.
