This research is based on the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report regarding Equipment Readiness/Availability in the Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Division of PT Prima Multi Peralatan. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of knowledge management on employee performance at PT Prima Multi Peralatan, particularly in the Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Division. This study employs a descriptive quantitative research method. The population of this research comprises all employees in the Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) Division at PT Prima Multi Peralatan located in the Belawan Container Terminal. The sample used in this study consists of 58 respondents. Primary data is utilized in this research, and data collection is conducted through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis and path analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the PLS approach. Data processing in this study is performed using Smart-PLS version 4. The results of the study indicate that knowledge creation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Knowledge assimilation also positively and significantly affects employee performance. Similarly, knowledge dissemination positively and significantly impacts employee performance. Furthermore, knowledge application has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
