Pengaruh Relationship Marketing Dan Kualitas Layanan Digital Terhadap Niat Pembayaran Iuran Perlindungan Peserta (Studi Kasus Pada Umkm BP Jamsostek Medan Utara)

Abstract

Medan Utara BP Jamsostek as the Organizing Agency for Employment Social Security for all levels of the workforce, includes MSMEs. However, there are still numerous MSMEs who are late in making dues payments. The objective of this research is to view effects of Relationship Marketing and Digital Service Ouality on Intentions to Pay SME Dues. The research uses a descriptive quantitative methodology with Multiple Regression Analysis approach to answer the research hypothesis. The population of this research is all MSME actors in the BP Jamsostek of Medan Utara area with a total sample of 100 people. The research results find that partially Relationship Marketing and Digital Service Quality on Intention to Pay Dues as well as simultaneously the two variables simultaneously affect Intentionally to Pay Dues.
