In the modern era, discussions about information technology are no longer novel. Information technology has become an integral element of daily life and plays a crucial role in supporting various human activities. Numerous organizations are competing to develop applications to address diverse problems. However, the tendency to treat applications as the primary solution often leads to new challenges. Applications created may sometimes overlap, causing data redundancy and increasing workloads. This paradox results in information technology, which is intended to simplify tasks, instead creating additional burdens. This study explores how to align business strategies with information technology to ensure that its implementation enhances work effectiveness and efficiency. TOGAF is utilized as the main framework to develop appropriate information technology management strategies. The findings reveal veal that integrated information technology can serve as a solution to minimize redundancy and streamline processes.
