Co-working spaces have become a fast-growing phenomenon in recent years, becoming a popular workplace for a wide range of people, including professionals, freelancers, and startups. However, there are still challenges in making co-working spaces truly inclusive for all users, especially those with physical limitations. This research aims to design a co-working space in Medan City with a Universal Design (UD) approach, so that it can be accessed and enjoyed by all individuals, regardless of age, ability, or physical condition. The result of this research is a co-working space design that takes into account functional, aesthetic, and accessibility aspects. The design includes the use of environmentally friendly materials, the placement of facilities that are easily accessible to all users, and the provision of supporting facilities such as toilets and elevators designed in accordance with accessibility standards. In addition, the design also takes into account the need for a flexible and inspiring workspace for co-working space users. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a more inclusive co-working space in Medan City and serve as a reference for designers, developers, and other stakeholders in creating a friendly working environment for all individuals.en_US
