Pra-Rancangan Pabrik Pembuatan Garam Industri (Sodium Chloride) dari Air Laut dengan Kapasitas 170.000 Ton/Tahun
Pre-Design of Industrial Salt Manufacturing Plant (Sodium Chloride) from Sea Water with Production Capacity of 170.000 Tons/Year
Abstract
Pre-design of an industrial salt manufacturing plant from seawater with a
capacity of 170,000 tons/year and operating for 330 days in one year. The main
process in the pre-design of this factory consists of three stages, namely the raw
material purification stage, the evaporation and crystallization stage, and the
separation and drying stage.
The company in this thesis is planned to be in the form of a Limited
Liability Company (PT) using a line and staff organizational structure. The
number of workers needed to run the factory is 180 people. The location of the
factory is planned to be in Banyuanyar District, Sampang Regency, Madura, East
Java.
a. Total investment capital = Rp 1.466.236.704.742
b. Production costs (per year) = Rp 436.936.903.580
c. Sales revenue (per year) = Rp 1.028.500.000.000
d. Net Profit (per tahun) = Rp 393.389.459.119
e. Profit margin (PM) = 54,64%
f. Break Even Point (BEP) = 36,87%
g. Return of Invesment (ROI) = 28,51%
h. Pay Out Time (POT) = 3,51 years
i. Return on Network (RON) = 44,72%
j. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 22,8%
Based on the results of the economic analysis, it can be concluded that an
industrial salt factory from seawater with a capacity of 170,000 tons/year is
feasible to be established.
