Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) screening services are activities for early detection and prevention of complications in hypertension sufferers. However, hypertension sufferers still do not regularly control their blood pressure, so the utilization of screening is still low at Saran Padang Health Center. Therefore, it is important to know the level of utilization of screening in hypertension sufferers based on knowledge, attitudes, access to health services, the role of nurses and staff support. This study aims to look at the factors related to the utilization of NCD screening services for hypertension sufferers at Saran Padang Health Center. This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used the total sampling method with a total sample of 40 people suffering from hypertension in 2024 at Saran Padang Health Center. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test. The research results showed that the variables related to the use of NCD screening in hypertension sufferers were knowledge (p=0.009), attitude (ρ=0.007), access to health services (ρ=0.014) and staff support (ρ=0.014). While the unrelated variable, namely the role of nurses (ρ-value = 0.166), it is hoped that health workers at Saran Padang Health Center can improve the knowledge and attitudes of hypertensive patients by providing clear information about the importance of screening and providing support for patients to come to the health center to improve preventing hypertension and controlling blood pressure regularly.
