Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Demand ANC Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Sindar Raya Kecamatan Raya Kahean Kabupaten Simalungun

Abstract

Sindar Raya Community Health Center is a community health center located in Raya Kahean District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The aim of this research is to factors affcting ANC demand for pregnant women at the Sindar Raya Health Center, Raya Kahean Sub District, Simalungun District. Based on the results of a preliminary survey conducted by the author at the Sindar Raya Community Health Center, most of the pregnant women who checked their pregnancies had junior or high school education, along with 10 respondents, 6 pregnant women stated that one of the reasons they did not have regular pregnancy check-ups was that their home was quite far from the health center and There were 4 pregnant women who did not make regular check-up visits to the health center because there were no complaints about pregnancy, and there were also pregnant women who were dissatisfied with the pregnancy check-up service because the officers who carried out the check-ups were too indifferent to pregnant women. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross-sectional approach, namely antenatal care by pregnant women. The results of multivariate analysis using logistic regression tests showed that the variables that influence ANC demand are age (p=0.019), hours of health services (p=0.004), health workers (p=0.006), health of pregnant women (p=0.047). and variables that do not influence pregnant women's demand for ANC are education level (p=0.075), distance (p=0.396), transportation (p=0.999). It is hoped that the results of the research for the puskesmas will be able to increase health service hours for pregnant women.
