Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan Berbasis Holistic Caring pada Klien Ny. B dengan Masalah Keperawatan Utama: Nyeri Akut dan Diagnosa Medis GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) di Kecamatan Medan Johor

Abstract

Pain is a subjective sensory and unpleasant emotional experience related to actual or potential tissue damage or perceived events described by the term damage. Acute pain usually comes on suddenly and is generally associated with a specific injury. If pain occurs not due to systemic disease, acute pain usually resolves after tissue damage is repaired. Acute pain generally occurs in less than six months or less than one month. Holistic Caring is a universal set of human values (kindness, concern, and love for oneself and others other). Caring is defined as the moral ideal of murder, this includes the desire to care, sincerity to care, and actions to care for suicide care provided to a 40 year old client. The location for implementing nursing care is in Medan Johor District. The actions taken are warm compresses, breathing relaxation and distraction techniques in health education. The results obtained from the maintenance care provided to clients are reduced pain levels and increased client knowledge.
