Hypertension or high blood pressure according to the Ministry of Health is a condition where the systolic blood pressure is ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≥90 mmHg. Hypertension is currently still a major health problem that many people throughout the world still suffer from. This is to apply nursing theories and concepts, especially maternity nursing, in managing and providing nursing care to patients with hypertension in pregnant women. Nursing care was carried out on 20 May 2024 – 24 May 2024 for hypertension patients in pregnant women. The diagnosis obtained from this study was acute pain, and the knowledge deficit was related to a lack of information about the disease. The results obtained after health education were carried out, patients responded very well and were enthusiastic about hearing the health education provided. Patients understand how to manage pain non-pharmacologically, so that clients change their behavior in managing pain. It is recommended that clients and their families maintain a healthy diet, especially in preventing hypertension
