The success of a project is something that must be achieved by the project team involved in its execution. Therefore, the project team selected for the project implementation must be carefully chosen to ensure the project's success. This study discusses the influence of the main factor in project success, which is "man" (human resources), by measuring the impact of project team performance on project success. In this research, a survey approach was employed, using a case study method and questionnaires as the data collection tool. These questionnaires were distributed to respondents deemed to have the understanding and competence to complete them. This approach ensures that the collected data is valid and relevant for analyzing the influence of project team performance. The results of this study indicate that project team performance has a dominant (positive) influence on project success. It explains that the better the project team's performance, the higher the probability of project success. Data analysis shows that the influence of project team performance reaches 69.2%. This indicates that project team performance is a crucial factor in project success, while the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other factors.en_US
