Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Dolen (Doloksanggul Online) terhadap Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important pillar in the Indonesian economy, which has a large contribution to Gross Domestic Product and job creation. However, in the midst of the development of the digital economy and the rapid transformation of technology, there are still many MSMEs who face the challenge of adopting digitization, especially in the marketing aspect to maintain their business continuity. Related to this, there is an application, the Dolen application (Doloksanggul Online) developed by putera daerah as a digital platform that aims to help MSMEs improve market access, increase income for the sake of improving the welfare of MSME actors and the community in general. This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of the Dolen application on improving the welfare of MSME actors in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method to measure the relationship between two variables. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 respondents and also observations by researchers. Welfare indicators studied include increased income, access to education, health and housing conditions. The results showed that the use of the Dolen application has a positive impact on improving the welfare of MSME actors in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Based on the correlation significance test, it was found that the influence of the use of the Dolen application on improving the welfare of MSME actors in Humbang Hasundutan Regency was 76.2% . This study also found a number of challenges, namely that there are still people who find it difficult to adapt to the use of technology, as well as information related to the Dolen application that has not been evenly distributed so that the number of users of this application is still relatively small, although this application has a positive and significant impact on the welfare of MSME actors in Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Therefore, it is expected that the Dolen application can become an important model in developing a local-based digital economy that is able to improve the competitiveness and welfare of MSME actors, especially in Humbang Hasundutan Regency.
