Adolescence is a developmental stage marked by the transition from childhood to adulthood, involving biological, psychological, and social changes. During this period, adolescents require substantial support from family members. Family support plays a crucial role in managing anxiety, which is often described as a painful and unpleasant emotion. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and anxiety in adolescent girls facing menarche at SMP N 7 Binjai. The research design employed a descriptive correlational method with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was probability sampling/random sampling with a stratified random sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire, and the sample size consisted of 100 respondents. The results indicated that the majority of respondents received good family support (53%) and the majority were not anxious (84%). Data analysis using the Spearman Rho correlation test yielded a p-value of 0.018<0.05 with an r-value of -0.235, indicating a significant negative relationship between family support and anxiety in adolescent girls facing menarche at SMP N 7 Binjai.
