| dc.description.abstract | This research is a study of the historical background and development of the Darul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School. This research aims to answer the formulation of problems about the background of the establishment of Darul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School in 1986, the development of Darul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School, and its contribution to the surrounding community. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a historical approach, starting with the collection of sources (heuristics), through literature studies, and interviews with the parties concerned. then source criticism (verification) is carried out, then the interpretation process, so that data is obtained which is poured in written form (historiography). The results of this study show that the process of establishing this boarding school went through a very long process, its establishment began to be planned in 1982, and after going through a long process finally began to be built in 1986 and officially opened in 1987. Darul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School has developed from all aspects from year to year. The development of this boarding school in terms of infrastructure was quite slow in the first few years, until in 1995 the development began rapidly after receiving assistance. Darul Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School has had a significant impact on its presence on the Dalan Lidang community ranging from educational, religious, social, to economic impacts. | en_US |
