dc.description.abstractPT. Cargill Indonesia Tanjung Morawa Branch have problems with declining of employee performance throughout 2018 to 2019. This was allegedly due to the ineffective Job Placement and Internal Promotion program. This condition triggers the low level of employee loyalty to the company which is indicated by the high level of employee turnover, and ultimately employee performance has an impact on decreasing. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Job Placement and Internal Promotion on Employee Performance through Job Loyalty. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative with Path Analysis approach to answer the research hypothesis. The population of this study were all 69 employees. The results of the study found that the variables of Job Placement and Internal Promotion were not able to influence Employee Performance, while the Job Loyalty variable was able to mediate the variables of Job Placement and Internal Promotion on Employee Performance.en_US
